JOCELYN TAN
CEO
Jocelyn Tan is the CEO of Asia Properties and Assets Consultancy. She lead a team of 180 professional and support staff overseeing the local and regional business. She is focused and dedicated, and she approaches all projects with a pragmatic and logical approach.
She has over 18 years of experience, spanning across real estate, asset and property management and is well versed in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act ( BMSMA). Jocelyn has been in leadership positions for over a decade and has a strong regional perspective in Property & Assets Management. She previously served as Savills Singapore's Head of Assets Management, Head of POSH in ZACD Group, and CapitaLand's Head of Property Management. She has been a guest speaker at a number of BCAA events, seminars, and lectures. Her recent appearances include a presentation at Proptech Malaysia 2018, a technical presentation at IBEW Singapore 2019 and REDAS seminar 2021.
LIM WEIJIE
Managing Director
Lim Wei Jie has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate Management. He is proficient in Residential Property Management for both Developers and MCSTs and is competent in defects management, asset management, daily operation matters including organizing and conducting AGMs, EGMs. He is well versed in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and has substantial experience in Township Management (HDB) at Sembawang Town Council and Residential Property Management in ZACD POSH.
He is responsible for property management, asset management, and defect management. He has previously managed defect rectification and settlement for both developers and MCSTs. He is also a certified Senior Fire Safety Manager.
MOHD NASIR BIN MOHD MUSTAFFA
Director
Mohd Nasir Bin Mohd Mustaffa has been a dedicated professional in the Building Services and MCST industry since 2000. Beginning his career as a Service/Building Technician, he balanced his work commitments with night classes, ultimately earning a Diploma in 2003, which driven him into the role of Property Officer.
Over the years, he advanced his career from Property Officer to Director and Head of Operations. His expertise spans both the technical aspects of property management and strong administrative knowledge of building regulations. Mohd Nasir is well-versed in the Building Maintenance Strata Management Acts and has played a pivotal role in managing Singapore’s first Multi-tier Management Corporation, along with several complex Multi-Tier developments. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence have made him a key figure in the field.
FONG MENG HUI
Financial Controller
Ms. Fong Meng Hui was appointed Financial Controller of Apex Asia in April 2025. She supports the Chairman and CEO in driving the Company’s business strategies and is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions, as well as ensuring corporate governance practices across the organisation.
She has nearly 15 years of broad-based international experience spanning financial and management accounting, external and internal audit, in various industries in Singapore and overseas. Her background also includes involvement in business strategy and management, public listing, debt restructuring, corporate governance and compliance, investor relations, and financial reporting.
Ms. Fong is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore). She holds a First-Class Honors in Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom.

THERESA CHU
Managing Director, Philippines
Theresa believes and sees the various opportunities in the Philippines real estate market. She is a licensed real estate broker with vast experience in real estate management, including residential, commercial, and industrial sales and leasing. She also has experience in project management, such as Built to Suit warehouses, property and facility management for mixed use buildings.
Prior to joining Asia Properties, she was a sales manager of the country’s foremost green and sustainable developer.

ROY CHAN
General Manager, Thailand
Roy Chan is in charge of the newly established office in Thailand since its started operations in 2022.
Roy has been based over South East Asia for at least 8 years and has extensive experience in having completed numerous projects in various industries. He had also worked with MNCs like Shopee, IKEA, SF EXPRESS and has vast experience in Real Estate, Incorporating Companies, Business Development, Operations and Logistics Management.
