Maintenance management services
Our maintenance management services primarily include (i) conducting regular inspections of the common area and common facilities; (ii) preparing and administering tenders for routine maintenance works; and (iii) ensuring that all repairs and maintenance works undertaken by our suppliers is carried out properly. In addition to our own employees, we also engage suppliers to undertake some of the specialised maintenance and accounting services.
Accounting and financial services
Our accounting and financial services primarily include (i) managing and collecting maintenance charges and other monies payable by the property owners or other persons; (ii) preparing monthly statement of accounts; and (iii) liaising with the appointed auditors and tax agents to prepare audited accounts and tax returns regarding the property.
Our administrative services primarily include (i) attending to all correspondences regarding the property on behalf of the real estate developer or MCST; (ii) purchasing insurance policies for the property as directed by the real estate developer or MCST; and (iii) arranging annual and extraordinary general meetings for the property owners.
Professional Consultancy services
Our professional consultancy services include engaging professionals such as solicitors, accountants, architects or engineers (with the approval of the real estate developer or MCST) on behalf of the real estate developer or MCST.

Jocelyn has over 17 years of experience in Real Estate. Well versed in the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSMA). Years of experiences in residential, commercial and industrial properties and organizing and conducting AGM, EGM, defects identification, sales and leases as well as handing and taking over properties. Jocelyn was previously Head of Asset Management of Savills Singapore, Head of POSH of ZACD Group & Head of Property Management for CapitaLand.
She was the guest speaker for Prop Tech 2018 Malaysia and IBEW Singapore By BCA, Technical Seminar Speaker. Currently, she is a guest lecturer at BCAA.
Carisa Chu is one of the Business Unit Heads specializes in Strata Management.
She has more than 18 years of experience in this arena and her clients include known developers such as Far East Organization, United Overseas Land, City Development Limited, etc. She used to be from Knight Frank.
One of the previous projects her team manages includes the prestigious mega mixed development - Marina One which is strategically located in Singapore's busiest Central Business District. She also provides consultancy advice to developers in terms of the benchmarking of maintenance contributions and procedures in managing defects. She works closely with Human Resource and few key staff to continually explore ideas and initiatives to encourage and motivate staff performance.
Connie has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Accounting. She leads a team of Accountants and Accounting Executive.
She held various positions in financial sectors, covering audit and client accounting, handling the full spectrum of accounting.
Connie is a compliance-driven leader with collaborative attitude, and is able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders. She has vast experiences in Property & Asset Accounts and demonstrated strong leadership, influencing, communications and interpersonal skills in her previous position.
Deputy Managing Director
Joe Oh has almost 15 years of property management experience including managing industrial and commercial buildings. He graduated from Monash University with a B.Sc. degree in Business Management. Held positions of Director at PFS & SMART Properties.
He is well versed in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act and having prior experience with developer and building owners, able to articulate and manage major issues pertaining to property management and other related matters.
As a Deputy Managing Director, he handles key company issues and also lead a business unit within the company. Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring all requirements of Clients are met and ensuring the team excel in all tasks entrusted to them.
Lim Wei Jie
Wei Jie has 11 years of experience in Real Estate Management. He is proficient in residential property, defects identification and daily operation matters including organizing and conducting AGMs, EGMs, and defects identification. He is well versed in the BMSM Act. He has substantial experience in managing Township Management (HDB) in Sembawang Town Council and Residential sector in ZACD POSH
He manages property management, asset management and defects management. He has prior experiences in managing defects rectification for both developer and MCSTs. .
Wei Jie obtained his Bachelor of Science in Facilities and Events Management from SIM University. He is a certified Senior Fire Safety Manager.
Building & Technical Manager
Jimmy has more than 28 yrs working experiences. He used to be from Interior Design Company as Salesperson & Coordinator. He was previously in cleaning & landscaping industry before joining Property Management Industry as Technical Manager and was promoted to Building & Technical Manager within 4 years. He is well versed in daily operation of development and a very hands-on person. He had prior experiences on R & R & A & A works .
